Our story

In 2021, a group of girlfriends gathered around a table, savouring artisanal meats and quality cheeses, and unknowingly planting the seeds for what would become Halifax Charcuterie. Inspired by their shared love of elevated food experiences, I shared my vision of crafting unforgettable, full-sensory moments through charcuterie. That evening, over what we now call our Girls Night board, Halifax Charcuterie was born. Without the encouragement and inspiration of these women, this dream would have remained just that—a dream.

After months of refining recipes and perfecting the art of charcuterie, Halifax Charcuterie launched as a premium online service, offering handcrafted boards for pickup or delivery. To enhance the experience, each order can be paired with thoughtful beverage recommendations, allowing clients to fully immerse themselves in the flavours and textures of our carefully curated selections.
