I was approached by Elevate & Explore Black Nova Scotia to cater their event, Winter Winery Escape. They specifically asked for mini charcuterie boxes that would be easy to maneuver with around the winery. These mini charcuterie boxes were such a hit they are now a part of the regular menu.
